Using CutMatch Hair means accepting these terms. They are short on purpose.

What the service is

CutMatch Hair is an informational search tool that helps people find hairstylists by haircut specialty. It is not a booking agent, an employer, an agency, or a party to any appointment you make. Any appointment, payment or dispute is between you and the stylist or salon.

Accuracy

Stylist specialties, salons, prices, links and availability change, sometimes without notice. Information here is compiled from public professional sources and is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Always confirm pricing and availability directly with the stylist or salon before booking. Where a rating, price, review count or distance is not on file, the site says so rather than estimating one.

Ratings and reviews

External ratings shown on the site belong to the platforms they came from — Google, Yelp, Vagaro and others — and are labelled with that source. They are reproduced for reference only and are not endorsed or verified by CutMatch Hair. CutMatch member reviews are kept separate and are published only after moderation.

Listings are not endorsements

Being listed on CutMatch Hair is not a paid endorsement and does not imply any relationship between CutMatch Hair and the stylist or salon. Match scores are computed from profile data. If featured placement is offered in future, it will be clearly labelled as featured wherever it appears.

What you submit

By submitting a claim, edit suggestion, recommendation, review or message you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Submissions are reviewed by a person and may be edited, published, or declined. Nothing you submit changes a live listing automatically. Do not submit anything unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or intended to impersonate someone else.

Reviews should describe a genuine experience. We remove reviews that appear fake, are written by a competitor, or attack someone personally rather than describing the service.

Stylists and salons

If you are a stylist or an authorized salon representative, you can claim your profile, correct it, or ask to be removed. See For Stylists.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-copy or resell the listings, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to the stylists listed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CutMatch Hair is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information shown here, from any appointment made with a stylist found here, or from any interruption to the service.

Changes

These terms may change. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
